Before you order
How does the 2 for $139 deal work?
Add two jerseys to your cart: the discount applies on its own, no code needed. The two cost you $139.99. The more you get, the less each jersey costs: 3 for $209.98, 4 for $249.99 and 8 for $399.99. The discount goes up to 12 jerseys. You can mix teams, players and sizes. These prices are for adult and youth jerseys at $84.99. A custom jersey costs a bit more, and the discount still applies.
Is this an official product?
No. These are replica hockey jerseys. They're not affiliated with the NHL or the teams, and they're not sold under license. The crest and numbers are embroidered patches, stitched onto the jersey.
How do I pick my size?
Take your t-shirt size: the jersey will hang loose, like a real hockey jersey. For a jersey closer to your body, go one size smaller. Adult sizes go from S to 3XL. Youth comes in two sizes, YOUTH-S/M and YOUTH-L/XL, available for some teams.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is processed by Shopify, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We never see your full card number.
After you order
How long does shipping take?
Allow 7 to 12 business days between your order and the day your package arrives. A custom jersey (name and number of your choice) adds 7 business days. Shipping is free and tracked, with no minimum purchase. If you order several jerseys, they can arrive in separate packages, a few days apart.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your package leaves the warehouse. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. If your order is past the delivery time, write to us with your order number: we'll check where it is and give you an honest answer.
What if the size doesn't fit?
We'll exchange it. Write to us within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and the size you want. The jersey must be unworn, unwashed, with its tags. Return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive and check the jersey, we ship the new size at our cost. Don't send anything before you get our instructions. We don't refund a change of mind, and a custom jersey is final sale, unless it arrives defective or different from your order.
My jersey arrived damaged, or it's the wrong one?
A defect, a wrong item or a package damaged in transit is on us. Write to us within 14 days of delivery, with a photo of the problem and your order number. We'll send you the right item at no cost, or refund you if the model is no longer available. You don't have to send anything back at your expense.
