1. Our products

JerseyReps sells replica hockey jerseys. They are not official products licensed by the NHL, a team or a player, and they are not associated with any of these organizations. Team and player names are only used to describe the model offered.

Colors on screen can vary slightly from the real product depending on your device.

2. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in your country's currency: Canadian dollars in Canada, US dollars in the United States. We can change our prices, remove a product or fix a display error at any time, without notice.

If an obvious pricing error slips into an order you already placed, we contact you before processing it, and you can cancel it at no cost.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, in particular in case of a stock shortage, a pricing error or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment, you get a full refund.

4. Shipping, returns and exchanges

See our shipping policy and our return policy. They are part of these terms.

5. Accuracy of your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give when you order, especially your shipping address and your email.

6. Ownership of content

The text and original photos on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. We are not responsible for delays caused by a carrier, a customs service or an event beyond our control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply in the province of Quebec, Canada.

10. Changes

We can change these terms at any time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
